[Adv] Hada Labo Launches Brand New Cleansing Oil

Friday, October 28, 2011

Recently, I received a couple of cleansing oils for review, and one of which is my favourite brands, Hada Labo.

Ever since last June when Hada Labo arrived in Singapore, I have been more than impressed with the ranges that they've been coming out over the year. Now that their cleansing oil is launching in November, will it be better than the rest that I've tested?

To me, the most important thing about Cleansing Oils are that it must:

1) remove stubborn (read: waterproof!) make up thoroughly and
 2) emulsify well so that it is not oily when rinsed off.

The Hada Labo cleansing oil is pretty thick and therefore does not require much pumps. I used roughly the amount in the picture above, and it was more than enough. My eyeliner got removed pretty easily, and it doesn't sting the eyes much when I massaged them over my lids.

One major difference between Hada Labo Cleansing Oil and other oils is that it is formulated with high purity Olive Oil. This ensures high performance cleansing, yet is very gentle to the skin.

Another main ingredient to note is Hada Labo's well-known Super Hyaluronic Acid (present in all their ranges!) that gives up to twice as much hydration to the skin as compared to the ordinary Hyaluronic Acid.

If you don't like the oily texture of the Oil-based make up remover, Hada Labo is also releasing a water-based make-up remover. The Hada Labo Hydrating Cleansing Oil is priced at $20.90 and will be available exclusively at Watsons from 1 November 2011.

The Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Make-up Remover is priced at $17.90 and available at Watsons, Guardian, Fairprice and other major departmental stores.

So far, I've reviewed a couple of Hada Labo products. Do click on the link to read them!

Do also look out for my year end post, where I'd be writing a series of Skincare Battle posts!

One of the post would be the battle of the best cleansing oil, where I'd put the Freshel Cleansing Oil, this new Hada Labo Cleansing Oil and the popular Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil (thanks to Fancl, I've got a retail pack to use and sample. Reviews next week!) into comparison.

You can also look forward to the battle of the best foaming wash as well, and maybe, if I've more time, I'd do a battle of the best eyeliner. Till then!
