  10. As a housewife, I have lot of work that involves contact with dust and oil. I’ve a non-Crizal spectacle lenses before, and they were always so hard to keep clean. I was cleaning them more than three times a day! But with Crizal anti-dust and anti-smudge properties lenses, I can make it through the entire day without cleaning them. And when they do need cleaning, it’s a breeze.

  11. Clouding! I especially hate it when my glasses cloud and would even block my sight the moment I step out of the car or when I try to indulge in a bowl of steaming hot ramen. Having to constantly remove my glasses and wipe it is not only troublesome, it also makes me look silly and nerd :(

  14. I'm not so keen on driving at night due to headlight glare and dazzle, driving at night is difficult because I'm experiencing disorientating halos, glare, and reflections from oncoming headlights. So the Crizal lenses is what I need for a safer and more comfortable night drive. With the anti-reflective lenses, I'll see a reduction in glare, annoying reflections and halos around lights when I am driving at night.

  16. I've been wearing glasses since Secondary school, but this latest set of lenses, for which I opted to get what must have been the most basic offering available, frequently drives me nuts.

I'm probably a year or so into owning these, and they've scratched to hell. That's fine, so have most pairs I've ever had.

What I've noticed is especially bad about these is the glare is obscene. I notice it especially at soccer events, but just in general, it's bad news.

With Crizal lenses, I can definitely watch the soccer match and live life in the clear.

Thank you Super-girl and Crizal for the giveaway.

  17. I read about cleaning glasses. What I want to know is this: is there any way to stop them from getting so dusty in the first place?

I wear my glasses every minute I'm awake, and keep them in a case at night. I wash them using either just warm water and a soft cloth, or some of that spray stuff they gave me when I bought them. I wash them several times a day, and yet they're dirty again within an hour -- even when I'm not going outside and my toddler isn't grabbing them. I've worn glasses for over 10 years, most with anti-glare coating like these ones, and I don't remember a pair ever being such a smudge-magnet.

Is there anything I can put on to repel dust?

These Crizal lenses sound like a great solution to my frustrating problem!
